About the Role

Parkway Pantai Limited seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Frontline Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations at our Islandwide Parkway Shenton Clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline support to patients, including registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, and cashier duties
  • Attend to walk-in patients and respond to phone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform chaperon activities and assist doctors in explaining procedures to patients
  • Support doctors with language translation as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage drug inventory
  • Ensure the clinic facility is clean and well-maintained, reflecting positively on the company's image
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct routine checks/audits within the clinic
  • Assist with daily operations matters, including compiling patient management indicators
  • Support the submission of medical reports and claims (TPA/CHAS/Medisave)
  • Cover other facilities when required due to lack of manpower

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or Diploma Holder preferred
  • Basic IT knowledge and computer literacy
