About the role:

We are seeking a senior robotics engineer to design, develop and deploy humanoid robots and robotic arms for maintenance task automation.

This position requires developing and optimizing motion planning and control algorithms for robotic arms, programming grasping and manipulation sequences, integrating perception with arm and humanoid motion, and working on locomotion and manipulation integration.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in robotics, proficiency in Python and C++, and a strong grasp of ROS 2 frameworks.

They will also have practical experience with robotic arms, familiarity with computer vision and perception, and good understanding of robotic arm kinematics.

Additionally, experience with Unitree or UBTech humanoids, grasp planning libraries, and deployment of robotic arms in maintenance tasks is desirable.

As a senior robotics engineer, you will work collaboratively with other engineers and contribute to field deployment and customer-facing demos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize motion planning and control algorithms for robotic arms using ROS 2 and MoveIt
  • Program grasping, pick-and-place, tool usage, and inspection sequences
  • Integrate perception with arm and humanoid motion for visual servoing and adaptive manipulation
  • Work on humanoid locomotion + manipulation integration (whole-body control)
  • Contribute to simulation and testing in Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or Webots; perform hardware validation
  • Maintain and debug robotic hardware: bring-up, calibration, controller tuning, and sensor integration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
