Marketing Director

We are seeking a creative and results-driven professional to lead our marketing efforts and significantly increase brand awareness in Singapore's competitive dining market.

The primary focus of this role is to establish Vinflow as a recognized and respected name in western dining and wine culture. We are looking for a marketing expert who understands brand building, has experience in the western dining and wine industry, and possesses the vision to elevate our market presence and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand awareness campaigns to establish Vinflow in Singapore's dining scene
  • Create distinctive brand identity and messaging that differentiates us from competitors
  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics and brand positioning opportunities
  • Develop brand recognition strategies through consistent visual identity and messaging
  • Track and increase social media post reach and engagement volumes
  • Convert brand awareness into measurable restaurant foot traffic and customer visits
  • Build brand credibility within Singapore's wine and fine dining community
Social Media Management
  • Manage and grow Vinflow's presence across various platforms including Red Book (Xiaohongshu), Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Create platform-specific content strategies tailored to each social media channel's audience
  • Develop engaging visual and video content designed to drive restaurant visits and reservations
  • Post regularly across all platforms with focus on maximizing reach and engagement
  • Execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase foot traffic
  • Optimize content strategy for each platform to convert online engagement into actual restaurant customers
  • Track platform-specific metrics including post reach, impressions, and conversion to visits
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices for Red Book, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Content Creation & Production
  • Create high-quality visual content including professional food photography and styling
  • Produce engaging videos showcasing dishes, wine selections, dining atmosphere, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Develop video content for different platforms (short-form for TikTok/Instagram Reels, longer format for Facebook)
  • Create platform-specific content including Red Book lifestyle posts, Instagram Stories, Facebook events, and TikTok trends
  • Write compelling captions and copy in both English and Mandarin for different audiences
  • Design marketing materials, promotional graphics, and branded content
  • Coordinate and direct content shoots including food styling and venue photography
  • Edit photos and videos using professional editing software
  • Maintain consistent visual brand identity across all created content
Public Relations & Industry Presence
  • Build relationships with food critics, wine writers, and industry influencers
  • Secure media coverage and editorial features to increase brand visibility
  • Establish Vinflow as a thought leader in Singapore's wine and dining scene
  • Coordinate with wine industry professionals and participate in wine events
  • Develop strategic partnerships with luxury brands and complementary businesses
  • Manage crisis communications and protect brand reputation
Performance Tracking & Analytics
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators: social media post reach volumes and customer visit numbers
  • Establish clear correlation between marketing activities and restaurant traffic
  • Track conversion rates from social media engagement to actual restaurant visits
  • Analyze customer visit patterns and optimize marketing timing accordingly
  • Provide regular reports on post performance and corresponding foot traffic increases
  • Use data insights to refine marketing strategies for maximum customer acquisition
Required Qualifications:

Experience & Education

  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong brand building and strategic marketing experience
  • Proven ability to drive measurable increases in post reach and restaurant foot traffic
  • Expert knowledge of Red Book (Xiaohongshu), Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms
  • Advanced content creation skills including photography, videography, and video editing
  • Proficiency in content creation tools
  • Experience with food photography, styling, and restaurant videography
  • Strong visual storytelling abilities and creative content development
  • Understanding of each platform's content format requirements and best practices
  • Ability to create content that drives tangible business results and customer visits
  • Experience with influencer partnerships and collaborative content creation
  • Bilingual capabilities (English and Mandarin preferred) - essential for Red Book content creation
  • Prefer Singapore Citizen or PR
