Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the reliability and performance of core big data and online computing systems, focusing on capacity and stability.
  • Develop and implement automated solutions to manage large-scale systems and collaborate with development teams from design to deployment.
  • Enhance system visibility through monitoring and performance metrics to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • Optimize service reliability, scalability, and performance to meet system SLAs, and design automated platforms for rapid online cluster iteration.
  • Research and develop software solutions, update and enhance capabilities, and work with hardware engineers to integrate systems and establish performance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, including knowledge of Linux, storage, and network I/O principles. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, Shell, or Ansible is required.
  • Systematic problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a strong sense of ownership are essential.
  • Experience with computing, distributed, or big data systems (e.g., Nginx, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack, Hadoop, Spark, Flink).
