About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Health and Safety Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our global health and safety team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement health and safety strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate health and safety risks.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Develop and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on health and safety metrics and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental science.
- At least 10 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably in a global consumer goods company.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
