Job Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional to undertake various responsibilities across construction projects and building maintenance in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding, planning, and executing projects' contractual and technical requirements, ensuring timely delivery of all project deliverables.
  • He/She will manage project operations from the initial quotation preparation stage to site installation and final inspection.
  • The individual must possess excellent leadership skills, enabling effective coordination with internal departments, external parties, and vendors.
  • They should provide technical support and training to project teams, maintaining strong working relationships with clients and end-users.
  • Enforcing safe work practices is essential to improve performance levels.
  • The candidate must motivate cross-functional teams, ensure staff compliance, and support organizational transformation objectives.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction projects and building maintenance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building and mechanical-electrical systems.
  • High-level interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
