Job Summary

TwinRock is a leading security services provider in Singapore, committed to delivering exceptional service and providing 24/7 protection for our clients and their property.

We are seeking a Part-Time Outreach Specialist to initiate phone calls to potential clients, introduce our security services, and identify their needs. The successful candidate will set appointments for our sales team and contribute to lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to ask relevant questions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and a resilient approach to rejection.

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, minimum of 4 hours per day with flexibility in scheduling available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to targeted potential clients in various industries.
  • Introducing and explaining our security services in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Qualifying leads by asking relevant questions and assessing the needs of potential clients.
  • Documenting call interactions and updating lead information.
  • Scheduling appointments for the sales team based on qualifying conversations.
  • Following up with leads as necessary to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
  • Meeting daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
