Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Branch Sales Manager and contribute to the overall success of the branch
• Provide quality services to customers and ensure their satisfaction
• Sell courses packages, services, and products to customers
• Assist managers with cold-calling customers and maintaining relationships
• Ensure the upkeep and handling of salon equipment
• Fulfil salon duties and maintain cleanliness standards
• Assist managers in achieving branch sales targets
• Discuss customer needs with managers and provide solutions
• Achieve personal sales targets and follow up with customers
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Follow treatment procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in the body spa and beauty industry
• Possess a recognised professional beauty certification (preferable)
• Passionate and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
• Well-groomed and willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
