Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Strategist to join our leadership team. As the strategic backbone of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and talent stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full-spectrum financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management.
  • Manage cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting (profit & loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct budget variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Build financial models to assess business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or HR Management.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a combined Finance/HR leadership role (SME experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Singapore financial and HR legal frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence across all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, ethical leader with high emotional intelligence.
