We are seeking an accomplished Financial Strategist to spearhead our company's financial operations. This role entails overseeing the entire spectrum of financial activities, from budgeting and forecasting to financial reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance is essential, along with certification as a CPA or ACCA.

The Financial Strategist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective financial strategies that align with our company's goals
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including financial statements and cash flow management
  • Liaising with senior management to provide insightful financial guidance and recommendations

A successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving financial objectives. Strong communication skills are also essential, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:
