Job Overview

As a key member of the Marina Bay Sands team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies that align with our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives. Our CSR programme, Sands Cares, focuses on various social causes and community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CSR initiatives that address community needs and support planning, communication, and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for community engagement and volunteering events.
  • Evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives and prepare post-programme evaluation reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Marketing/Communications, Business, or Hospitality.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate social responsibility, communications, and/or event management.
  • Strong command of English, excellent writing, and communications abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point, and Word.
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proactive approach.
