The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing customer needs, presenting product information in a professional manner, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support cases in Operating Theater to ensure safe use of company's products
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through customer relationships, product support and services
- Manage Account information through effective reports and accurate customer records
- Conduct product demonstrations for nurses from time to time
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in life sciences, any sciences or psychology
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, driven by passion to excel in customer centric environment
- Takes initiative and is highly self-motivated
- Desire for outstanding performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good administrative skills
