The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Communications, AP and other leadership team members, focusing on storytelling, thought leadership, and content development.

This role involves managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings and travel, coordinating logistics, and handling confidential information with discretion.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Visa's brand and reputation in Asia Pacific.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth across Visa's three growth pillars.
  • Create engaging content, including articles, social media posts, and press releases.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring timely updates and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a complex calendar, scheduling meetings and travel, and coordinating logistics.
  • Preparing meeting materials, including presentations, reports, and other related documents.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant office management experience in an MNC environment supporting a team size of over 30 employees.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • A customer-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
