- Develop and implement strategies to enhance Visa's brand and reputation in Asia Pacific.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth across Visa's three growth pillars.
- Create engaging content, including articles, social media posts, and press releases.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring timely updates and compliance with company policies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a complex calendar, scheduling meetings and travel, and coordinating logistics.
- Preparing meeting materials, including presentations, reports, and other related documents.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5+ years of relevant office management experience in an MNC environment supporting a team size of over 30 employees.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- A customer-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
