Senior IT Leadership Position

As a seasoned IT professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's digital transformation strategy and overseeing the implementation of large-scale projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, improve visibility, and drive continuous improvement across user experience, process automation, data analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Team leadership & cross-functional collaboration: lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Data security & regulatory compliance: act as a Data Protection Officer, implementing and upholding data security policies and best practices.
  • Governance, risk management & documentation: maintain comprehensive and up-to-date SOPs, audit logs, and project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT, including at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in IT infrastructure, data analytics, business intelligence tools, and process automation.
  • Solid understanding of AI integration, cybersecurity principles, and current/emerging technology trends.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
