Protective Security Specialist

Our organization partners with clients worldwide to deliver complex projects and create lasting impacts. We're seeking a skilled Protective Security Specialist to join our team.

  • Implement security measures in accordance with established plans, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security.
  • Design and develop cost-effective and suitable security solutions for buildings and infrastructure, leveraging cutting-edge technology.
  • Collaborate with security consultants to conceptualize and design security systems, from initial planning to detailed implementation.
  • Work closely with vendors, contractors, and consultants to implement and maintain secure systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop accurate budget estimates for large-scale security projects.
  • Provide support during the tendering and bidding process as required.
Requirements
  • Possess a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Hold at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in senior roles.
  • Holding a Qualification of Competent Person (Security) is advantageous.
  • Excellent project management skills are critical to success.
  • A good understanding of the latest security technologies, systems, and measures is essential.
  • Maintain strong relationships with solution houses, suppliers, and system integrators.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in 2D and 3D drawing software.
  • Excel in report writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese languages is advantageous.
  • Candidates without a relevant degree but with sufficient relevant experience may also be considered.
