Protection Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Protection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Responding promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies
  • Managing and maintaining security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control
  • Conducting regular patrols of the premises to prevent unauthorized entry and monitor for potential security threats
  • Providing excellent customer service to visitors and employees


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A secondary education or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A high level of physical fitness and ability to work long hours if required


Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary and completion bonus. The base salary is $2,870 to $3,600 per month, depending on experience. The completion bonus is $2,500 (untrained) or $4,500 (trained).

Location:

This role is based islandwide.
