Drive Innovation in Probe Integration

About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Probe Integration Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying innovative solutions for Wafer Probe Equipment and Processes used in our manufacturing global locations.
About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and implement best-known method probe processes globally. You will also engage equipment suppliers & vendors to address issues of quality, performance, and change management. Additionally, you will develop and deploy new methods or processes as necessary to resolve manufacturing issues.
About Your Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include deploying first-of-a-kind equipment and process capabilities, collaborating with global teams to establish and implement best-known method probe processes globally, engaging equipment suppliers & vendors, establishing manufacturing metrics, developing and deploying new methods or processes, generating equipment specifications, supporting the development and integration of first-of-a-kind equipment and processes, performing statistical analysis, and preparing and presenting information to manufacturing teams.
About Your Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent grasp of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals, proficiency in thermal systems, machine design, electro-mechanical controls and components, electrical circuits, materials selection, and mechanical stress analysis, as well as proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and design of experiments.
About Preferred Experience: Working knowledge of semiconductor processes and semiconductor device test methodology is preferred.
About Required Education: A Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering is required.
