About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Fragrance Development Manager - Olfactive Strategist to join our team in Ascent, Singapore. This role will be responsible for managing the development of fragrances to meet client briefs, supporting sales efforts, and developing olfactive visions for brands/categories.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Win business by proactively and reactively developing fragrances to meet client briefs
  • Support sales efforts through presentations and brand servicing
  • Develop olfactive visions for brands/categories and generate fragrance solutions
  • Identify business opportunities and execute relevant action plans
  • Evaluate and collect fragrances for development purposes
  • Collaborate with perfumers to guide them in their developments
  • Participate in expert panels across categories
  • Recommend submissions tailored to brief parameters
  • Stay up-to-date with market product knowledge in other categories
  • Detect olfactive trends and needs for categories (Marketing insight) and turn them into concrete fragrance solutions
  • Contribute to category strategy definition and execution (across functions)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in fragrance evaluation
  • A strong track record of successful customer management and fragrance development
