Executive Chef

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure smooth operations and allocation of duties within the kitchen.
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies.
  • Maintain good hygiene and housekeeping standards within the kitchen.
  • Uphold high standards of food quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a similar establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.
