Job Description:

As a Management Trainee, you will develop into a confident restaurant leader by learning and mastering day-to-day front-of-house operations for both brands. Your responsibilities will include leading service during shifts, ensuring guests enjoy an outstanding experience, supporting staff training, scheduling, and daily briefings, coordinating with kitchen teams for smooth service flow, handling reservations, turnaways, and customer feedback professionally, and assisting in marketing promotions and special events.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in hospitality management and customer service
  • No experience required - training will be provided (experience is a plus)
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
