This exciting opportunity requires an operations expert with a solid background in managing commercial properties, capable of assisting with procurement processes, developing operational systems and procedures, and addressing ground operational matters to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Office to prepare reports and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Manage Management Corporation related matters, if applicable, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Prepare and submit quarterly asset review reports and other standard reports on progress against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and implement centre improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Manage centre incidents, including insurance and legal reporting/follow-ups, to minimize downtime and financial losses
  • Lead centre tours and provide exceptional customer service to promote the property's amenities and services
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing operational and capital budgets, management of financial assets and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Real Estate or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management, preferably in commercial properties
  • Possess knowledge and understanding of property management principles, including profit margins, occupancy costs, expenses, and financing
  • Familiarity with Management Corporation and the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is an advantage

Estimated salary: SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
