Job Description:

As a Senior SHE-Q Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. You will provide expert support in developing, implementing, and maintaining SHE-Q policies, programs, processes, and management systems.

  • Develop and implement SHE-Q policies, programs, and processes that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on SHE-Q procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective incident management plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • MOM Registered WSHO and Safety Assessor qualifications
  • Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or Marine-related field
  • Completion of ISO Integrated Auditor and Biz-SAFE Risk Management courses
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of marine standards and local safety regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills in a multicultural environment
