This role is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assess and monitor the health status of residents, identifying any changes or concerns that may require medical attention.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
- Provide direct patient care, administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to relevant authorities.
- Participate in continuous professional development to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills.
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Graduate Diploma in Nursing or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a geriatric setting.
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board License (Staff Nurse).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
