Enrichment Trainer Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced enrichment trainer to join our team. As an enrichment trainer, you will be responsible for conducting enrichment programs, workshops, and holiday activities for preschool children.


Main Responsibilities
  • Program Delivery: Conduct enrichment programs, workshops, and holiday activities according to the provided schedules and frequencies for preschool children.
  • Teaching Methods: Adopt and use various teaching methods to facilitate active learning, encourage curiosity, and enhance knowledge and learning to meet the objectives for each program.
  • Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Monitor and assess the development and progress of each child, adjust teaching strategies to achieve the learning goals.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support for relevant administrative matters, adhere to company guidelines and practices.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and upkeep records of attendance, progress, development, and work closely with respective stakeholders in ensuring quality delivery of programs and services.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to staff and freelance trainers.
  • Classroom Management: Responsible for classroom management, ensuring a safe and conducive environment.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: GCE O level or Higher NITEC or Diploma in any field of studies.
  • Experience: Prior experience in the Early Childhood Education sector is an added advantage.
  • Independent Working: Independent with initiatives while working off-site, as well as ability to engage children and resolve daily classroom issues on site.
