The Innovative Electronic & Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i-Lab@NTU) is looking for a Research Fellow to contribute to their groundbreaking research.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in micro- and nano-fabrication, experimental characterization, and simulation of electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing novel fabrication techniques for electronic devices.
• Conducting experiments and simulations to evaluate device performance.
• Contributing to the advancement of knowledge in electrical engineering through publications and presentations.

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven expertise in cleanroom nano-fabrication and device characterization
• Strong publication record and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
