Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Research Fellow to contribute to the development of IDMxS technologies and their translational potential.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and fabricate microfluidics devices for digital detection assays, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Stay updated on the latest advancements in microfluidics, including fabrication techniques, materials, and applications.
  3. Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and documentation of laboratory work.
  4. Develop and implement strategies for efficient laboratory operations and safety protocols.
  5. Publish research findings and present them internally and externally.
  6. Mentor junior team members and support lab management activities.
Essential Requirements:
  • PhD/Masters in relevant fields such as chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or biomedical engineering.
  • Proven experience in microfluidics design and microfabrication.
  • Background in biochemistry, assay development, cell culture, digital assay/digital PCR, microscopy, and image analysis is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to write research reports and critically review publications.
