
Senior Academic Administrator

Key Accountabilities- Provide Leadership: You will lead the Academic Administration Department, ensuring the effective delivery of registration, records management, and academic services.
- Develop Strategic Goals: You will develop and implement strategic goals, policies, and procedures that align with our vision, mission, values, and academic priorities.
- Manage Operations: You will oversee the maintenance and security of academic records, ensuring their integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and institutional standards.
- Coordinate Projects: You will coordinate the preparation and dissemination of academic schedules, course catalogues, and reports, as well as manage college events and graduation processes.
- Leadership Experience: You will have at least 10 years of similar experience, with 5 years in a Registrar role. Alternatively, you may have 10 years of administration leadership experience or 5 years of similar hands-on experience in an educational or seminary environment.
- Project Management: You will have experience in project management, focusing on improving processes and systems to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Technical Skills: You will be skilled in using, managing, and troubleshooting student administration platforms to maintain and update student records, registration processes, and academic scheduling.
- Academic Policy Development: You will have expertise in academic and scholarship policies development and implementation, ensuring alignment with our goals and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: You will be able to lead and inspire a team, providing clear direction, support, and staff development opportunities.
