Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Real Estate Operations Officer to join our team. As a Real Estate Operations Officer, you will be responsible for implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality, setting up a monitoring system for repairs and replacements, and monitoring irregular utilities consumption and taking appropriate actions.

You will also be responsible for reviewing procedures for imposing fines against contraventions of House Rules, setting up inspection schedules on defects and cleanliness, and liaising with Property Executive (M&E) and tenants regarding M&E services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Matters: Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Set up a monitoring system for repairs and replacements.
  • Monitor irregular utilities consumption and take appropriate actions.
  • Liaise with Property Executive (M&E) and tenants regarding M&E services.
