Project Manager for Civil and Geotechnical Projects">

As a project manager for civil and geotechnical projects, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion. This includes designing, tendering, constructing, and handing over projects to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project proposals, technical specifications, and compliance with authorities' requirements;
  • Coordinating and supervising site works, ensuring all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards and regulations;
  • Liaising with stakeholders, clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities;
  • Assisting team leaders in maintaining high quality standards of design, supervision, and guiding young engineers and site staff;

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Project Management or Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent recognized by PEB;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, geotechnical/infrastructural/civil engineering projects as a main team player;
  • Familiarity with project management and authorities' submission requirements for civil/infrastructure engineering projects;
  • Knowledge of HDB's infrastructure project, civil, and structural as well as pavement works is an advantage;
