Senior DevOps Manager Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing digitalization strategies, delivering Network As A Service (NaaS) strategic digitalization initiative and managing agile application build and run teams.

In this role, you will work closely with various teams/stakeholders as the delivery lead to ensure efficient, timely, secure and reliable software feature delivery. You will also be responsible for proactive monitoring of services/platforms/products operating in accordance to the networks service level agreement.

A key responsibility of this role is to manage and lead agile application build and run teams/squads to deliver network software projects using Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) and Agile scrum practices.

You will also work closely with the business to gather requirements and translate them into epic and user stories for the squad to deliver and implement. Additionally, you will be responsible for project planning and management activities such as procurement for the squad as well as acting as the Product Owner to prioritize the backlog for the squad to work on.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of working experience in software delivery for large scale transformational or digitalization projects, with a strong background in leading and managing Agile projects as a Product Owner. They should also have good understanding of cloud computing/container deployment and management such as AWS/Azure/OpenStack/Kubernetes(K8s), good understanding of open source software development and related automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or relevant discipline
  • At least 8 years of working experience in software delivery for large scale transformational or digitalization projects
  • Strong background in leading and managing Agile projects as a Product Owner
  • Good understanding of cloud computing/container deployment and management such as AWS/Azure/OpenStack/Kubernetes(K8s)
  • Good understanding of open source software development and related automation tools
