Residential Unit Quality Assurance Specialist

- Conduct thorough inspections of residential units prior to handover
- Coordinate with contractors to rectify defects in a timely and efficient manner
- Arrange joint inspections with homeowners where required, providing excellent customer service throughout the process
- Assist in preparing handover kits and ensuring units are ready for handover, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation
- Address and follow up on homeowner complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and contractors
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions, working independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications: Proficiency in using Outlook, Excel, and Word to support daily tasks and activities
