Job Summary

  • Lead project engagements with consultants and stakeholders to deliver effective hospital development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate consultants' technical system designs and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with consultants to capture and incorporate stakeholder requirements into project design.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Present technical proposals for management review and approval.
  • Review contract specifications, including testing & commissioning (T&C), maintenance, and defect liability clauses.
  • Coordinate site activities, including technical coordination for user requests, mock-up reviews, and T&C processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with project management exposure preferred.
  • Prior experience in healthcare infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, integrations, and smart technologies will be an added advantage.
  • Strong background in planning, developing, and managing infrastructure projects.
  • Skilled in conducting effective stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Strong documentation, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Passionate about healthcare planning and able to guide hospital development effectively.
