Job Title: Global Logistics Strategist

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to support our Freight Forwarding and Tank departments for international ocean freight, local services in Asia origin countries. Key responsibilities include managing the product planning and execution process, establishing a carrier/agent pool, and optimizing procurement processes.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for relationship management with carriers and agents to ensure sufficient support in their respective regions. Additionally, they will work with external parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities, as well as conduct market research and trend evaluation.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics or a large international freight forwarder, with expertise in carrier rate negotiation and contract management.
  • A deep understanding of the international transportation market, excellent resource integration skills, and the ability to drive innovation in freight products.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, with integrity of professional ethics and steady quality.
