Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Presales Consultant to join our team. As a Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and delivering Azure DevOps and Automation solutions tailored to customer requirements.

You will provide technical consultation and support to customers and prospects, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and resolving their issues. You will also assess existing DevOps processes and provide recommendations and solutions for implementation and improvement on CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Furthermore, you will provide guidance on infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities and assist them in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.

In addition, you will provide feedback and insights to the product team on customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and product enhancement suggestions. You will also provide enablement trainings to both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably with a focus on Microsoft solutions and containerization.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Azure DevOps, Container technologies (Azure Kubernetes Services), Git, Docker, Jenkins and related areas for CI/CD.
  • Strong knowledge Azure automation, ARM templates, Biceps, Terraforms.
  • In-depth knowledge in UNIX and Linux systems.
  • Professional certification in DevOps or Containerization (e.g. Certified Kubernetes Administrator) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Able to work independently and in teams.
