Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a pivotal role in our organization. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a crucial part in delivering Azure DevOps and Automation solutions tailored to meet client requirements.

You will work closely with customers and prospects to provide technical consultation and support, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and resolving their issues. Additionally, you will assess existing DevOps processes and provide recommendations for improvement on CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Your responsibilities will also include providing guidance on infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management, collaborating with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities, and assisting them in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.

You will also be responsible for providing feedback and insights to the product team on customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and product enhancement suggestions.

Furthermore, you will provide enablement trainings to both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably with a focus on Microsoft solutions and containerization.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Azure DevOps, Container technologies (Azure Kubernetes Services), Git, Docker, Jenkins, and related areas for CI/CD.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure automation, ARM templates, Biceps, Terraforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of UNIX and Linux systems.
  • Professional certification in DevOps or Containerization (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Able to work independently and in teams.
