Tenfold is a modern uniform design company based in Singapore. We specialise in creating stylish and functional uniforms for hospitality, corporate, and lifestyle brands, managing the full process from design to delivery.
We are seeking a responsible, adaptable individual with a positive attitude to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support operations.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
- Manage fabric orders, monitor stock levels, and track delivery timelines.
- Oversee the end-to-end workflow of uniform production, from order placement to final delivery.
- Conduct packing and quality checks to ensure products meet standards before delivery.
- Manage logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Prepare and issue quotations and invoices.
- Draft and reply to emails professionally in English and Mandarin.
- Maintain accurate filing of documents and records (both digital and physical).
- Assist in problem-solving and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Willing to learn, responsible, and adaptable with a positive working attitude.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome - training will be provided.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with suppliers and clients).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A team player who can also work independently.
