Lead Real-Time 3D Development
VIZZIO AI is a pioneering startup revolutionizing digital twin technology with patented AI-powered Earth Engine. We create rapid and photorealistic 3D city models at a global scale without drones or LIDAR.
As a Senior Unreal Engine Game Developer, you will lead development projects focused on digital twin applications, designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reusable system architectures. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, visually stunning, client-ready real-time 3D applications and provide technical guidance to the development team.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for leading development and delivery of advanced digital twin applications using Unreal Engine (preferably UE5). This includes architecting scalable, modular, and maintainable systems to support growing project complexity and future expansion. You will also collaborate closely with technical artists, designers, and project managers to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable system architectures.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, visually stunning, client-ready real-time 3D applications.
  • Provide technical guidance to the development team.
  • Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing code and assets for performance, scalability, and maintainability.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (Blueprints and C++) in real-time 3D or game environments.
  • Proven leadership experience including team guidance, code review, and mentoring.
  • Strong expertise in architecting scalable and modular software systems within Unreal Engine projects.
  • A keen eye for detail and dedication to visual fidelity.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Plastic SCM or Perforce version control systems.


Added Advantage:
Knowledge of environmental simulations, geospatial technologies, and AI applications related to these verticals.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cloud deployment, networking, or enterprise integration. Passion for continuous learning and innovation.
