Lead Development Projects


We are seeking an experienced Senior Unreal Engine Game Developer with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to visual fidelity.

You will lead development projects focused on digital twin applications, designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reusable system architectures.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, visually stunning, client-ready real-time 3D applications and provide technical guidance to the development team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development and delivery of advanced digital twin applications using Unreal Engine (preferably UE5).
  • Architect scalable, modular, and maintainable systems to support growing project complexity and future expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with technical artists, designers, and project managers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Guide best practices in coding, workflows, and version control across the team.
  • Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing code and assets for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Act as a key technical advisor in project planning and solution design discussions.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (Blueprints and C++) in real-time 3D or game environments.
  • Proven leadership experience including team guidance, code review, and mentoring.
  • Strong expertise in architecting scalable and modular software systems within Unreal Engine projects.
  • Deep understanding of digital twin, simulation, or interactive 3D application development lifecycle.
  • A keen eye for detail and dedication to visual fidelity.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Plastic SCM or Perforce version control systems.
  • Portfolio or examples of Unreal Engine projects demonstrating code quality, system design, and scalable architecture.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment, networking, or enterprise integration.
  • Passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Working Conditions:


This is a full-time position based in Singapore.
