Repair Project Leader

The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex repair projects from start to finish, working closely with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced maritime environment.

  • Oversee all aspects of assigned ship repair projects, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the highest quality.
  • Interpret technical specifications, drawings, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with trade managers, subcontractors, vendors, and classification societies to keep projects on track.
  • Lead regular progress meetings, identifying and resolving any technical or operational challenges.
  • Monitor schedules and resource allocation to maintain efficiency.
  • Promote a safe working environment across all activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in ship repair, shipbuilding, or related marine engineering fields.
  • Diploma or degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing projects in the cruise or superyacht segments will be valued.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Malay an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Solid understanding of marine technical terminology and processes.
