Job Title: Property Leasing Manager

A career as a Property Leasing Manager offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills.

This position involves managing commercial leasing strategies to maximise rental yields and occupancy of properties within the portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing effective leasing strategies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in marketing and leasing of commercial properties. A degree in Real Estate or Business would be an advantage, as would experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and market research.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement effective leasing strategies to maximise rental yields and occupancy of properties within the portfolio.
  • Identify market segments and prospects, and develop relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, landlords, and property agents.
  • Manage lease renewals with existing clients, negotiate lease terms, and ensure timely payment of rent and other charges.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare annual rental budgets, forecasts, and management reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Sign letters of offer, tenancy agreements, and other related documentation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate or Business.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in commercial leasing.
  • Proven track record in marketing and leasing of commercial properties.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and market research.
