Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the end-user computing environment, ensuring it is reliable, secure, and user-friendly. This includes managing vendor services, formulating and executing technology roadmaps, and overseeing budget management related to IT Workplace services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Propose and plan transformational changes to enhance the end-user experience
  • Manage end-user service and support services, including IT onsite and helpdesk services
  • Act as a champion for the user experience, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure new tools and platforms are adopted effectively
  • Develop and enforce policies, standards, and best practices for the end-user environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in end-user computing, with a proven track record of managing Workplace services for medium-to-large organizations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience in Microsoft end-user technologies and modern workplace in a global/large user environment
  • Experience with zero-trust endpoint security, cloud security, and managing M365 compliance features
