We are seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to drive multi-outlet success, collaborate closely with executive management, and play a pivotal role in our growth strategy.
As an experienced Operations Manager, you will oversee full financial responsibility for all outlets, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control (labor, COGS, wastage), revenue performance, and regular reporting to the executive team.
You will lead outlet managers and teams to deliver operational efficiency, exceptional service quality, and full standard operating procedure compliance. Maintain high staff morale and foster a positive, productive workplace culture through regular performance reviews and effective training programs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L ownership for all outlets, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue performance, and monthly/quarterly reporting to the executive team.
- Lead outlet managers and teams to deliver operational efficiency, service excellence, and full SOP compliance.
- Maintain high staff morale and foster a positive, productive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement effective training programs.
- Manage operational rhythms including opening, closing, audits, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
- Oversee opening and setup of new outlets from pre-launch planning to operational handover.
- Build and develop teams to support brand growth and multi-outlet performance.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
Workplace Safety, Health & Hygiene:
- Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures set by regulatory bodies.
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Maintain personal hygiene and upkeep of cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven multi-outlet management experience.
- Demonstrated success in opening and scaling new outlets.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a growing, evolving business environment.
