Senior Director - Asia Pacific Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our APJ Services organization. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for driving customer success and maximizing the value they derive from their investment in our platform.

The ideal candidate will possess 3rd or 4th line leadership experience leading large, geographically distributed teams in a software/SaaS company with multi-billion dollar revenues. They should have a proven track record of leading rapidly evolving Professional Services teams, with expertise in hypergrowth SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the distributed APJ Services team, accelerating customers' success in leveraging our platform to power mission-critical use cases
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy, roadmap, priorities, and investment plan to scale the Services organization
  • Owning P/L responsibility for APJ Services
  • Plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
  • Track and manage key metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty are maximized
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in 3rd or 4th line leadership, leading large, distributed teams
  • Proven track record of delivering results in hypergrowth SaaS environments
  • Strong executive presence, influencing skills, presentation skills, and business acumen
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, growing, and results-oriented atmosphere
