Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing the group's consolidated accounts and supporting the audit process.
  • Working with external auditors to ensure that accounts are filed with the relevant authorities and organizing financial controls around all entities within the firm.
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Staying informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
  • Assisting with timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial and management reports.
  • Overseeing the outsourced finance function of a German legal entity and being responsible for the accounting of the group holding company.
  • Providing administrative support and performing ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a great passion for accounting work.
  • Must have experience in audit and consolidation.
  • Special licenses or certification may be required.
  • Knowledge in MYOB or equivalent is a benefit.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Independent, self-motivated, resourceful, and self-disciplined.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to commence work within short notice.
