About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Course Management Executive to lead the development, implementation, and management of our courses and programs. This strategic role requires strong academic expertise and business acumen to drive enrollment growth and ensure student success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide Academic Leadership & Portfolio Management for a portfolio of courses and programs, ensuring alignment with our overall academic vision and quality standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of program delivery, including curriculum design, review, and continuous improvement, with a focus on modularity, stackability, and relevance to working professionals and industry demands.
  • Manage and mentor course coordinators and faculty members teaching within the portfolio, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages engagement with best practices.
  • Develop and manage resources to support program goals and collaborative activities.
  • Represent our programs at recruitment events, industry seminars, and initiatives with other institutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic administration or program management, with demonstrable experience in or strong understanding of industry needs.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing curriculum aligned with frameworks across multiple programs.
  • Proven track record of successful student recruitment, particularly within the adult learning market, for a range of educational offerings.
