Job Title: Senior Technical Operations Manager

Are you a skilled operations leader seeking a challenging opportunity? We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Operations Manager to lead our mission-critical support operations team.

Job Description:

  • Lead and coordinate incident management, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and system availability.
  • Resolve application incidents escalated from Level 1, performing root cause analysis and implementing workarounds where possible.
  • Act as incident manager for P1/P2 issues, ensuring timely resolution within agreed-upon service level agreements.
  • Perform operational impact assessments and participate in the Change Advisory Board to review and approve change requests.
  • Develop and implement patch management strategies, leading stakeholder coordination and team collaboration.
  • Coordinate operational documentation, including SOPs, Incident Response Checklists, RCA, PIR, Monitoring and Alert Guides.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in RHEL (90%) and Windows Server (10%).
  • Networking Fundamentals.
  • Strong knowledge of Web Servers – Nginx, App Servers – Kubernetes with containers (Docker + Spring Boot).
  • Experience with IBM MQ and Kafka.
  • Proficiency in Java, C#, MQTT, Golang.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
  • ITIL/ITSM Process Knowledge.
  • Security Awareness.
  • DR and HA concepts.
  • Strong Technical Skills.
  • Leadership & Coordination.
  • Communication & Collaboration.
  • Operational Governance.
