Job Overview:

We design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems, circuits, mechanical systems, Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems, equipment and packaging, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems that launch cutting-edge, world class products.

Electronics design engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and meet performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems.
  • Conduct training for line technicians to improve their technical competency and fan out critical knowledge relevant to achieve key module KPIs.
  • Collaborate with equipment engineer on yield related topics and implement effective improvement/containment actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Define process control procedures & upkeep documents related to the smooth running of manufacturing equipments.
  • Participate or lead projects involving downtime reduction, cost saving, yield improvement or new material qualification.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands on individual with experience in vacuum PVD equipments.
  • Dynamic team player who possesses good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong passion & drive to seek improvements to equipment & process setup.
