At 191 COFFEE, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for the tracking of daily sales and bank transactions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. You will be responsible for updating daily sales and online sales in Excel worksheets along with payment status. Additionally, you will need to liaise with Delivery Sales platform in case of any discrepancies.
A key aspect of this role is ensuring all receipts are accurately recorded and reconciled with daily sales. You will also be responsible for filing Daily Sales records at the end of each month and checking bank statement amounts to ensure they tally with delivery payments.
In terms of Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for posting vendor invoices, reconciling with vendor statements of account (SOA), and processing vendor payments. You will also manage petty cash and file documents.
This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be working closely with various stakeholders, including vendors and colleagues. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is looking for a challenging role, then we encourage you to apply.
