Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

 

As a successful Project Administrator, you will be responsible for managing project documentation to ensure smooth workflows and timely submissions. You will also be the point of contact for neighbouring stakeholders, representing the project professionally.

 

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, at least 2 years' experience in construction admin or site-based roles, and proficiency in Chinese and English. They should be comfortable with site and HQ-based rotation and willing to travel or transfer between locations as required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage project documentation to ensure smooth workflows and timely submissions.
  • Liaise across teams – internal departments, consultants, site staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the point of contact for neighbouring stakeholders, representing the project professionally.
  • Support Project Manager in preparing reports, tracking schedules, and coordinating meetings.
  • Raise and follow up on purchase requests with the operations team.
  • Prepare monthly worker attendance reports and assist with staff welfare matters.
  • Handle public feedback and liaise with authorities such as NEA, BCA, and LTA.
  • Assist in organizing, tracking, and filing documents to keep the project running efficiently.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years' experience in construction admin or site-based roles.
  • Comfortable with site and HQ-based rotation.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel or transfer between locations as required.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English that able to communicate with Mandarin clients and Chinese workers.
