We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Technical Assurance Specialist. This position involves providing technical assurance and support to corporate technical experts across floating offshore oil & gas projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that discipline-level engineering activities align with company corporate design policies, industry standards, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Skillful Collaboration: The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to drive continuous improvement while ensuring technically sound decision-making.
- Discipline Expertise: A comprehensive understanding of corporate design policies and philosophy is essential, along with proficiency in relevant industry standards, software, specifications, and procedures.
- Results-Driven: The selected candidate must be able to review, verify, and make sound decisions even under conflicting stakeholder interests.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering is required.
- A minimum of 15 years (B.Eng) or 14 years (M.Eng) of relevant oil & gas discipline engineering experience is necessary.
- Lead-level detailed engineering experience on at least one FPSO project is preferred.
- Familiarity with facility lifecycle processes and FPSO operations.
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned integration.
